What does it really cost you to work?

Your split is only part of it. Add up every fee for a year and see your total next to LYNQ's.

At LYNQ Real Estate, the standard plan is an 80/20 split until you pay $20,000 in a plan year, then 100% for the rest of that year. Agents pay $85 a month and no transaction fee, and errors and omissions and office printing are included. Use the calculator below to compare your total yearly cost.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NUMBERS

Straight answers.

When does the LYNQ cap reset?

On your anniversary, the day you joined, not January 1. Once you pay $20,000 to the brokerage in a plan year, you keep 100% for the rest of that year.

Why aren't board and MLS dues counted?

You pay them at any brokerage, so they are left off both sides.

What counts as office printing?

Printing on the office business printer, at no charge.

Is this a promise of income?

No. The calculator is an illustration based on what you enter. Your agreement sets the exact terms.
