Who we are

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, mobile number, email, your answers to the booking questions, and your license number if you choose to give it.
• Your booking: the day, the time, and whether we meet at the office or on Zoom.
• Basic visit data: the pages you view and the site that sent you. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
• Ad measurement: we use the Meta pixel to see which ads bring visitors and to show our ads to people who have visited. The Meta pixel may set a cookie in your browser.

How we use it

• To answer you, book your session, and send what you asked for.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders.
• To follow up with you about LYNQ Real Estate. You can stop this at any time.
• To see which pages and ads work.

Text messages

We text you only if you check the texting box on a form. Texts come from LYNQ Real Estate about your request: booking confirmations, reminders, what you asked for, and follow-up from Steve. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

A few service providers help us run this site and handle your information only to do that work: Google (email and calendar), BoldTrail (our contact system, texting, and email), Cloudflare (hosting and forms), Zoom (online sessions), and Meta (ad measurement).

We may share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to work with you and run our business, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.

• Ads: manage your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
