Keep more of what you build.
You already produce. Here, you keep more of every closing, and your broker talks with you about where the business is going, not just the next deal.
LYNQ Real Estate gives producing agents on the Treasure Coast a simple cost structure and a broker who knows their business. The standard plan is an 80/20 split to a $20,000 annual cap, $85 a month, no transaction fee, and errors and omissions included. Led by Steve Banasiak, Broker-Owner, and Jason Yarborough, President.
Add up what you pay now.
Your split and cap are only part of it. Count the monthly fee, transaction fees, tech fees, errors and omissions, franchise fees, and printing. Then compare the total for a year.

What is the commission cap at LYNQ?
The standard plan is an 80/20 split until you pay $20,000 to the brokerage. After that, you keep 100% for the rest of your plan year. Your plan year runs from the anniversary of the day you joined, not the calendar year.
Does LYNQ charge a transaction fee?
No. LYNQ charges no transaction fee on client transactions. You may choose to charge your clients one.
Can I build a team at LYNQ?
Yes. If you want to build a team, LYNQ has a team structure, and we'll walk through it in your session.
How do I switch brokerages in Florida?
Our office handles it for you: the change of status with the Florida DBPR, and the move at your MLS and local board. Everything is processed the day you join, as long as your paperwork comes in during business hours.
