LYNQ Real Estate helps Treasure Coast agents who are closing deals but riding busy and slow months build a steadier business. Agents get weekly training on follow-up, their database, and planning; a yearly business planning clinic; a drop-in area to work together; and a broker they can reach. Led by Steve Banasiak, Broker-Owner, and Jason Yarborough, President.
Busy months, then quiet ones.
None of that is a talent problem. It is a systems problem, and systems can be built.

Why do real estate agents plateau at 5 to 10 deals a year?
It almost always comes down to a few things you can fix: lead generation that stops when you get busy, follow-up that depends on memory, and no numbers to show which one is the problem. Track your conversations, appointments, and contracts each week for 90 days, and the bottleneck shows itself.
What systems should a growing agent have?
A database you actually use, a follow-up plan for every lead, a weekly lead generation block, and a written plan for the year. LYNQ's weekly training covers each one.
How do I switch brokerages in Florida?
Our office handles it for you: the change of status with the Florida DBPR, and the move at your MLS and local board. Everything is processed the day you join, as long as your paperwork comes in during business hours.
What does it cost to be an agent at LYNQ?
The standard plan is an 80/20 split until a $20,000 annual cap, plus $85 a month, with no transaction fee and errors and omissions included. Your agreement sets the exact terms.
